Any one do any perch fishing over that way? I am going there this weekend for some fishing. I have fished New Buffolow in MI but never IN waters? Any
suggestions?

I fish it a bunch and out of Portage but know the Perch are not here yet. May mark some outside of Black Ditch just west of Mt. Baldy but they are not biting
yet. New Buffalo out at 60 fow is getting good perch. You can even fish north of NB but it's slow here. I'd wait til July to start fishing MC. All
silver fish are out in 70-100 FOW. A few Steelies were caught on the pier last few days but fishing is still slow. Waters 60 degrees right now.

I was told yesterday that the pearch are in just north of new buffalo. It was hit and miss for about three hours but the guy I talked to ended up having 25
good keepers with about half of them being 10-14 inches.

Reports today that the trolling outside of MC was great today. Lots of Steelies caught on the pier.
