That is correct. 0-10ft is more times than not what the distance is going to be when you become aware that a violent attack is going to happen. The distance is usually less than 10ft in a home invasion scenario.

That was the comment that struck my attention also. Who cares if the gun can shoot dime size groups at 50yds?:loco You pull the weapon, aim with instinct and shoot center mass. Like Weed said, if you have enough time to take that type of aim, then the attacker is probably far enough away for you to run away from them and get help.

At how many feet does a suspect become and pose a serious threat at attacking you if your firearm is not pulled and pointed at the suspect?
