Got out this morning and crossed the creek to hunt the south side of the woods. As I climbed up to around 20 feet high I began pulling my bow up at 5am central and here comes a large buck behind me. Must have enjoyed the doe urine I sprayed on my waders because he came right to me. About 15 minutes before sun up a six point was closing the distance and an eight pointer was letting him know who was boss with the cock-eyed look he gave. They were both making their way up wind when they noticed a nice doe come out near me. Both high-tailed it to the doe and began chasing her and a few more that decided to come in. Got a nice shot on this 9 pointer just about at sunrise. Not a great shot but only went 20 yards and fell over. Still two other smaller bucks one six and one eight were unsure what happened. Four more does came in and could have taken any of them. As I grabbed my binoculars my bow decided to take a dive 20 feet to the ground. Oh well at least got the shot off before that happened.
Man what a morning. Haven't seen this much action for years.

This small eight pointer came in after my buck crashed out. Had to take a pic. Smallest eight pointer I have ever seen. Hope he gets big.
