Last night and early this morning proved to be pretty productive for the bandits. As we were walking to the first stand we spotted a nice Coon sitting in a tree. I took it out with the 12ga. Sweet, haven't even turned on the caller yet and we got action.
At the second stand, we played some coon pups sounds followed by coon pups and a sow coon sound. As we were leaving thinking that we had called nothing in, Moss sees eyes for a brief moment then they vanished.
On the last stand, we didn't even turn the caller on. As we were walking to out calling location, I shined a tree and found two sets of eyes that turned into three sets of eyes. Moss turned up the heat with his 12ga and got all three of them. Out of ammo (I left my scatter gun at the truck), we headed back and dropped the critters off for Kouts3. Damn good night....I love coon hunting!!!

It is better to be hated for who you are than to be loved for who you are not...
