Went out last evening at sunset to make a stand on some virgin property. Set up the foxpro about 80yds upwind and 30yds to the left of me in a tree line. Had
a moving rabbit decoy next to the caller. I was in another tree line overlooking a cut corn field with a wooded island in the middle about 120yds upwind of me
and to the right. I started with some rodent squeaks then went into the Angry Jack. On the second series, the classic set up happened. A yote came out of the
island into the cut corn field and stood there broadside fixed on the decoy moving, oblivious to my presence. I put the crosshairs just behind the front
shoulder and dropped the hammer. He did a ouple of spins, yelped a litle, and ran about 30yds before dropping. Turned the foxpro to pup whines but had no
other takers. It was a big male (weighed 43lbs) lopped the head off and going to try my hand at doing a skull.
