People who are not currently members or have never posted here are welcome to come join and enter after making ten posts. The entry fee will be $5. Deposit the fee in the community chest at the top of the forum to enter. The contest will be 100% payout with the winner in each category to receive a Cabelas gift cert valued at half the pot. Please post if you want in.
3. There will be a winner for the largest chuck and the most accumulated dead chucks . Legally shot woodchucks only (that means on land you have permission on
"> )
4.To enter a chuck or same day chuck(s) for the number of chucks category: Post a clear picture of YOU, with THE CHUCK(S), and a printout of
THIS PAGE (clearly visible) near your shot chuck(s). Print some out now and put them in your vehicle or your gun case . The sign may change periodically and the new one will be posted. After that chucks with the old sign will no longer be eligible.
Remember the pic needs YOU, THE CURRENT SIGN, THE CHUCK(S)
5.To enter a chuck for the biggest chuck category: Put the chuck on it's back, lay a cartridge on it, stretch the front legs apart and measure toe to toe (claws included) with a tape or ruler and snap a pic (where you can see the measurement).
REMEMBER- The toe to toe measurement includes the claws! Try to please get the best picture you can. It is a pain but I would hate to not have a clear winner.
Remember the pic needs A CARTRIDGE, and THE CHUCK, SHOWING THE MEASUREMENT
Please also post what the chuck was shot with and the approximate distance.
6. Ties will be decided by random drawning
7. Rules subject to change without notice

Both about 40 yd off hand lung shots. Bigger one was hiding in some weeds, had
to sneak one in on him. The other one I spooked but he came back out. It looks a little mangie, its tail looked like it was cut off, wierd blond color too.
Been seeing tons of rabbits, ran into a turkey at 10 yds we scared the crap out of each other looked like a jake.
