The Tooldummy Model 1 brass and media seperator is now available to the general public for $59.95 plus freight. For the do-it-yourselfer, detailed plans are available for $69.95. What makes this compact unit so special is the non-patented non-pending hole system. After about 15 minutes research the random hole pattern for media seperation was developed. The protype model was mistakeny glued together. Developers of this project soon discovered that although the brass and media were seperated quickly and efficiently, a more practical approach was needed to seperate the halves. Our team of engineers came up with a novel approach of securing the halves with 3/8 allthread and wingnuts. Fender washers helped reduce stress on the cheap........er uh I mean "inexpensive" plastic bowls. If you are interested, please contact me as soon as possible. It is simple to build and I had about 10 minutes in making this one. A little piece of all thread, some washers and a wing nut. I believe I paid either $1.50 or $2.50 each for the bowls, so I would guess $8.00 in the hole project if you had to buy everything. My next project is a brass tumber I've been planning.
