My dad sent me this link and it looks like it could really take alot of the pulling and knifing out of skinning a coyote or any other animal. http://www.arshunt.com/arshunt/201006#pg14 I've also found a sight that sells a set of needles to do it with, if you dont have the means to make your own. www.airskinner.com

Posts: 2482 Aug 29 10 6:42 AM King High Caller Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I have thaught about tryin it but when ever I am skinning it never crosses my mind. You could use a basketball needle and screw it in the front of a blowgun. Gonna have to remember to try it this year.

Posts: 69 Sep 8 10 2:25 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	A goat farmer I occasionally yote hunt with swears by air skinning. He says he can skin a dear or goat in about 5 minutes or so. He says just make a small cut and blow up the skin. He says some spots are tuff but its easy. Im waiting for dear season to get him to show me. K

The guy just recomended letting it sit for about an hour or 2 after you gut it and the skin will seal up around the cuts. So as far as bullet holes go i would guess the same would apply if not stick your finger over them.
